Greater Western Water, Melton Recycled Water Plant

Scope

Strategic re-roof of the main building at Greater Western Water's Melton Recycled Water Plant. QP was engaged direct by the water authority and ran the works inside a three-week plant shutdown window, so hitting the program to the day mattered as much as the finished roof.

APDECK 700 roof sheeting in Colorbond Ultra Windspray, craned into position with a 40-tonne crane over new foil and blanket insulation and roof safety mesh. Full SWMS pack, falls-rescue plan, insurances and site inductions completed and approved before a single sheet was lifted.

Government and utility clients expect the paperwork and the presentation to match the workmanship. QP delivered on all three, direct to Greater Western Water, with the director on site throughout.

Drawings, specifications and client reference available on request.
